Jali safe after car accident
Bafana Bafana midfielder Andile Jali told KickOff.com he is safe after being involved in a car accident today near the town of Kokstad in KwaZulu-Natal.
Details of the incident are sketchy at this stage, but it is believed Jali’s vehicle collided with another on his way home to Matatiele.
"I am okay, I was on my way home," Jali said.
Jali plays his club football for Belgian side KV Oostende, but he is presently in South Africa after doing duty in Bafana’s 5-0 thrashing by Brazil in Johannesburg on Wednesday.
Incidentally, Jali’s former teammate Rooi Mahamutsa of Orlando Pirates survived a serious car crash earlier this week.

Am glad all is well AJ. Last week when I reported that all players who join pie-rats without drivers licence have them courtesy of the Toothless one’s shady dealings I was attacked by people who are supposed to be exposing such behaviour. People in this fora always turn their backs away from the truth in favour of club affilliation. I’m not telling accidents don’t happen but could be minimised by following the legally approved channels to get driver’s license. To date the family of the late Lesley (Slow Poison) Manyathela don’t want anything to do with the Toothless One because he organised their beloved one who was a breadwinner a driver’s license.

Rubbish maan accidents happen to everyone, it doesn’t mean that because he got his license while at OP dat means he can’t drive.
GFB nja yam’ both Leremi; Manyathela; Jali and Ngubo went to Orlando Pirates without driver’s license and we all know what happened to them. I know about more of their current and former players who just received their driver’s licenses after a football training session.
