They ought to turn this driver over to the Hells Angels and let them deal with him as they see fit.

Jeff Krogue

They don`t like sport bike guys.

Well, since evidently the motorcyclist didn`t think the law of the Dual YELLOW LINES didn`t apply to them, other people tend to get IRRITATED by having their own lives endangered and tend to take rash deeds.

Dual dick moves on both parties, but if the cyclist had obeyed the law, none of this would have happened would it have?

pbowling

It has been stated that the driver of the car was going inbetween ten and twenty miles below the speed limit. Also it is legal in Texas for a motorcycle to pass on a dual yellow if conditions are safe. They were not at fault.

Pedro

WD40, you are an Idiot.

WD40: Next time you don`t come to a accomplish stop at a stop sign for three total seconds can I execute YOU? Because, evidently, minor traffic infractions are cause for the death penalty.

The driver needs to be hammered to death with a rubber hosepipe, and I`ll gladly be the executioner.

Jonah Falcon

And the man`s gf is worth death, too?

Chris

It`s ok to THINK about hurting someone who aggravates you. To actually DO it is evil and against the law. We have a criminal justice system for those who break the law. To just randomly injure someone whose behavior you don`t approve of is madness. To turn this around, if your wifey don`t use your blinker or anger me in some way, it`s ok if I injure her severely?

Katydid

The driver`s life was not endangered by being passed. And it was also illegal for him to cross the dual yellow line. We`ll see how much disdain he has for law breakers when he`s surrounded by them in jail.

Spencer Reid

WD40 you can`t say it wouldn`t have happened. It looks like the driver of the car was just waiting for a boy on the bike to ram off the road

Kjarva

So by your logic WD40, anyone cracking the law by jaywalking totally is worth to be deliberately run over by an angry motorist who sees them do it? The biker may have been in the wrong, I don`t know the laws in Texas but in no way does that excuse the insane vigilante behaviour exhibited by the driver.

Tommie

The boy in the car pulled a dick budge ! He knew exactly what he was doing and caused an accident which could have been fatal. Just telling

PLEASE LOCK HIS DUMBASS UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY.

I don`t very often want to kill, dismember and eat another person…..but that driver is on my list.

Jeff Krogue

Yup i drove around 100,000 miles a year for a while, and its amazing how often you see this type of thing. Some people will intentionally attempt to crash someone out of road rage.

Not that Bob but another other Bob

That old man needs to be kicked in the Lugnuts . Twice!

Bob you are ignorant of the law. You do not have to stop for any amount of time. The law states your vehicle has to come to a finish stop. No time limit.

I think I`ll kill you for that.

Because I feel like it.

Sometimes it can be hard for a prosecutor to prove what the law calls “depraved indifference”, but in this case the old coot was helpful enough to say it out noisy: “I DON`T CARE.”

Bingo. Prison time. By his own explicit admission HE DID NOT CARE what happened to the riders. He only dreamed to cause harm. Whether they lived or died meant nothing to him.

He`s old enough to die in prison with just about any felony conviction, and he well SHOULD do so.

You just said you`re going to kill me, so that`s prison time for you.

Check your dual standard.

Whoopie Doo McEnroe

Yes, the serving of the car into the motorcycle is unacceptable and that driver should be charged accordingly, the motorcycle driver should be charged as well for passing on a dual yellow line.

Katydid

He received the minor traffic citation that folks get when they break minor laws and don`t harm anyone.

He didn`t receive a citation at all. Motorcycles are permitted to pass on a dual yellow, in Texas, if conditions are safe. The driver was traveling well under the speed limit, the visibility was clear, the road straight……it was a legal pass.

Vance

I too am a bullet bike rider. Upon the very first time I observed this movie, I was appalled by it. This is typically why I have to act like every car on the road wants to kill me, because sometimes they are. I noticed the driver of the car kept messing with his lef so a observed again to see why. If you listen cautiously you can hear him repeatedly say he got stung by a wasp or something. I believe him. It was stupid and enormously rude of him to keep telling he doesn`t care, but accidents like this happen all the time, (I recall a time when my mother got stung by a bee on a similar road like this and had to pull over) and some types of people can`t treat their own guilt so they shrug responsibility off by telling “I don`t care”. So no I don`t believe the boy attempted to kill the biker, but I do think he made a very poor decision to repeatedly say he doesnt even care. If he indeed didn`t care he wouldn`t even have stopped the car.

Jeff Krogue

That reminds me of a neighbor I had a long time ago, she spilled a soda in her lap and went to take care of the soda and then proceeded to drive through a cinderblock wall.

Midas360

There is more to the story. The driver was stung by a wasp and it just so happened to be right at the same time the motorcyclist was illegally passing him

That`s his story, but he`ll have a hard time defending his “I don`t care” comment.

He`s been charged with aggravated onslaught with a deadly weapon, which is punishable by up to twenty years in prison.

Which is exactly what he did.

Kevin

Bite by a wasp or bee ' are you people that gullible? If this was truly the case, then where is the evidence of this wasp or bee nibble? The driver of the car was a total a$$. At very first he stated that he didn`t care. Then after he was told it was on gauze did he come up with the idea of being stung. Regardless of the law passing on a dual yellow, this boy should be made an example of ' harshly. There is no call for what he did. Get him off of the road!

Lorree

How was it that his friend just happened to be videoing this? just asking 🙂

Katydid

Lots of riders wear movie helmets now. It`s actually pretty popular.

Jeff Krogue

Yeah, they are pretty useful in situations like this. I eyed one get a driver busted when he attempted to intentionally run a cyclist of the road.
