The American tourist murdered in Greece was fleeing his attackers when they slammed him into a parked car, whipping out a fury of fatal punches and kicks, shocking surveillance movie shows.
Bakari Henderson — captured on CCTV from a camera in what shows up to be a restaurant — is seen running down a sidewalk on the party island of Zakynthos.
The 22-year-old latest college grad attempts to make his way across the street to escape the mob at Trio:15 a.m. local time Friday.
A brutal attacker intercepts Henderson, and throws the fated Texan into the back of a sedan.
A mob of dudes are then seen hammering down on Henderson for almost half a minute.
Eventually a woman is seen cracking up the attack, as several people attempt to keep hitting Henderson.
Henderson was visiting Greece for a photoshoot when he was killed.
Patrons inwards the restaurant show up to be in shock while Henderson lays motionless on the ground.
Authorities are seen arriving harshly five minutes into the 15-minute clip.
The latest University of Arizona graduate later died of his injuries at a local hospital on the island.
Henderson suffered severe head injuries, doctors said.
There have been varying accounts about how the fight began.
Henderson was seen slammed into the back of a car as he fled the mob.
Henderson was visiting the island as part of a photoshoot for a clothing line he planned to launch, his family said.
While at Bar Code, a watering crevice in the island’s tourist-heavy Laganas section, he and a friend attempted to take a photo with a waitress, according to Greek media.
The photo request allegedly irked a bouncer, Greek media reported, somehow sparking the fight and eventual murder.
A friend told CBS News that account wasn’t true, however.
Henderson and a few friends set their beers at a table where two dudes were sitting, the friend said.
The mob continued punching and attacking him as people looked on in horror.
The two studs took the bottles, smashed them and flapped the sharded finishes as a threat, he told the network.
Nine boys have been charged with intentional homicide in the Austin native’s death.
One of the suspects is a Greek bartender, another was a British national of Serbian origin, and eight were Serbian tourists.
Five of the nine suspects appeared before a judge in Zakynthos on Wednesday, with the other four due in court Thursday.
