Note for existing buyers: If existing buyers do any kind of code customization on the autocon application, please make sure that you followed the customization guidline given in the ‘Source Code Explanation’ section and go after the following steps to update:
- Backup your existing project
- Download the mini update pack from our server: http://webhelios.com/app/updates/autocon/ or you can find the update pack in CodeCanyon product file zip.
- Go to Admin Panel > Upload. Locate the Zip file. And click upload and install.
Step Two: This step is a more manual one
- Backup your existing project
- Download the mini update pack from our server: http://webhelios.com/app/updates/autocon/ or you can find the update pack in CodeCanyon product file zip.
- Unzip the update pack titled “update110.zip”
- Substitute ROOT/application directory with application directory [Merge and substitute]
- Substitute ROOT/dbc_config directory with dbc_config directory [Merge and substitute]
- Substitute ROOT/system directory with system directory [Merge and substitute]
Note: Please create a sql backup before update. Also if any custom-made work is done on you script then please substitute files cautiously so that your custom-built works do not liberate. If possible take a file backup also. Step one is a much lighter method.

Recently we are getting too many support email which are out of support terms. Like people are asking for free customization or asking to solve the issues which they caused by editing codes or asking for server maintenance issues etc. By default these are not included within Envato support term. We’ve answered a lot of question and covered almost everything in our documentation and online FAQ list. But sadly some of the buyers are not even reading the documentation. Hence we need to spend a lot of time answering all those questions which we already answered. For this we can’t commence developing fresh features or products anymore.
So we come to a decision. From 1st March two thousand seventeen our support team will response questions from Two:00 PM (GMT) to Five:00 PM(GMT). (NB: According to Envato support terms we get two days to reply an email. But we don’t want our clients to wait for two days. So we will reaction questions and solve issues on each day). We need your help to make our products better and providing quality service to all of you. So please go after the instructions below
1. Read the documentation very first. Two. Check the online FAQ list http://support.webhelios.com/index.php/en/display/faq Trio. If you can’t find an response then send email from the support tab. Four. Please send site address , admin login , ftp access and screenshot(if necessary) with the email.
